Rachel has worked in law since 2006. She has experience in both Kansas and Missouri. Over the course of her career she has worked with numerous clients and has an extensive understanding of conflict resolution.
Rachel is registered and listed through The Missouri Bar pursuant to Rule 17 as a dispute resolution neutral. She is also registered with the Kansas Supreme Court as a certified dispute resolution provider.
Rachel continues to work in the legal field. She has an outstanding reputation within the legal community and a network of resources.
Rachel is passionate about children and families. In addition to her formal education, she has also taken several early childhood development classes.
She is approved to mediate in Kansas and Missouri with their respective State and Federal Special Education Offices related to 504/IEP plans.
Rachel has a background in research and grant writing specializing in inclusion, diversity and the role that racism plays in our community and country.
Additionally, Rachel was recently appointed to the Missouri Master Plan on Aging Senate Subcommittee Family Caregivers Section. This appointment comes as a result of her work as an advocate for Family Caregivers and Paid Family Leave. Rachel is excited to have the opportunity to work for families and make legislative change for our communities.
